Prosecutors won’t be allowed to use alleged killer Bryan Kohberger’s autism to argue to a jury that he deserves the death penalty in the University of Idaho quadruple homicide case.

Idaho prosecutors told a Boise judge Wednesday they plan to call relatives of student murders suspect Bryan Kohberger to testify at his upcoming trial.

The man accused of murdering four college students in November 2022 was back in court for a consequential hearing that will shape this summer's trial.
