Carlos Alcaraz claimed his first Monte Carlo Masters title. The Spaniard defeated five rivals en route to his sixth Masters 1000 crown, and his most challenging test came in the quarter-final against Arthur Fils.

Carlos Alcaraz huffed and puffed his way into the Monte Carlo Masters semi-finals with a 4-6 7-5 6-3 victory against local favourite Arthur Fils, who will be ruing his missed chances as holder Stefanos Tsitsipas was knocked out on Friday.

Carlos Alcaraz will face Arthur Fils in the quarter-final of the Monte Carlo Masters 2025. Alcaraz advanced to his maiden quarter-final in Monte Carlo.
