Toronto players and staff responded calmly to the ongoing clash between Greig and the Maple Leafs nation as the series shifts to Ottawa.

In Sunday's series opener, Senators forward Ridly Greig delivered a controversial hit that struck Maple Leafs forward John Tavares in the neck area as the Leafs forward finished a check. Later in the third period, Greig also collided with Leafs goalie Anthony Stolarz.
