BUFFALO, N.Y. — Heavy smoke blanketed Allen Street for the second time in six months as another legendary Buffalo bar went up in flames on Sunday morning. Buffalo firefighters were called to Mulligan's Brick Bar at 229 Allen shortly after 4 a.m. after receiving a call from Buffalo Police about smoke coming from behind the building.
