The Dolphins 2025 rookies report to training camp Tuesday, and there is plenty of opportunity to them make an immediate impact.
"We were excited watching (Phillips) and I know Coach (Anthony) Weaver was the first one who came to us," General Manager Chris Grier said of Phillips. "He's 20 years old, has an unbelievable love for football, so we do think there's some things we can unlock with him."
