Dr. Hall's main interests include neonatal pain, telemedicine and infant mortality. Dr. Hall has been involved in several studies to mitigate neonatal pain, a necessary component of neonatal intensive care. Additionally, Dr. Hall has been involved in implementing strategies to lower infant mortality. His team discovered infant mortality, infant morbidity, and costs could be lowered through perinatal regionalization using telemedicine. Additionally, he has been involved in community education through telemedicine through a project called Peds PLACE.
