Sherando is a census-designated place in Augusta County, Virginia, United States. The population was 688 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Staunton–Waynesboro Micropolitan Statistical Area. Mt. Torry Furnace was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
