WEBThe program was founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and the Boston Red Sox. Since 2009, Home Base has served more than 35,000 Veterans and their Family Members and trained over 85,000 clinicians across the nation, and we remain at the forefront of discovering new treatments to ensure a brighter future for Warriors and their Families.

WEBThe Home Base National Center of Excellence is located in the historic Navy Yard of Charlestown, Boston’s oldest neighborhood, close to both Massachusetts General Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Ideally situated off Interstate 93 (I-93), it is easily accessible by car.
